• Businesses must possess valid Import Export Code (IEC) or any legally required licenses in their respective countries.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated business and personal details.

• Use our services only for legitimate trade activities.

• Not post misleading, false, or fraudulent trade offers.

• Avoid uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates trade laws.

• Comply with all customs, shipping, and taxation rules applicable in your country.

4. Scope of Services

• We provide an online trade directory for listing import/export offers.

• We help users connect for business purposes but do not guarantee deals.

• We are not responsible for product quality, delivery timelines, or authenticity of trade leads.

• All negotiations, contracts, and payments are handled directly between users.

5. Payment & Subscription

• Some of our services, such as premium listings or promotional campaigns, require advance payment.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Any currency conversion fees or bank charges are borne by the user.
