Refund Policy


1. General Policy

All payments made for our services (such as premium listings, trade leads, advertising, and memberships) are non-refundable, except in cases mentioned below. As we deal in digital trade services, once your order is processed and service is activated, we cannot reverse it.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • A payment was made by mistake or charged multiple times.

  • A service was not delivered within the agreed time frame due to our fault.

  • A technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Service or subscription has already been activated or delivered.

  • Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions or policy guidelines.

  • Change of mind after purchasing the service.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Send an email to info@importexport.com  within 7 days of payment.

  2. Include your order ID, payment details, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Wait for confirmation — approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
