Refund policy
All payments made for our services (such as premium listings, trade leads, advertising, and memberships) are non-refundable, except in cases mentioned below. As we deal in digital trade services, once your order is processed and service is activated, we cannot reverse it.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
A payment was made by mistake or charged multiple times.
A service was not delivered within the agreed time frame due to our fault.
A technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Service or subscription has already been activated or delivered.
Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
Violation of our Terms & Conditions or policy guidelines.
Change of mind after purchasing the service.
To request a refund, you must:
Send an email to info@importexport.com within 7 days of payment.
Include your order ID, payment details, and reason for the refund request.
Wait for confirmation — approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
