This policy applies to:
Paid membership plans (Premium Listings, Verified Supplier/Buyer profiles, Featured Ads).
Promotional and advertising services purchased through our platform.
Any other paid trade-related services we offer.
Once a service (e.g., listing activation, promotional campaign) has been successfully delivered or made live, no refunds will be issued, even if you decide not to continue using the service.
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
Service not delivered within the promised timeline (and not due to user delay).
Wrong package charged due to a billing error on our end.
In all cases, we will verify the transaction before processing a refund.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The user provided incomplete, inaccurate, or false business details.
The delay was caused by the user (e.g., failure to provide content, documents, or approvals).
The user violated our Terms & Conditions or was banned for misconduct.
The service purchased is a digital listing, subscription, or advertisement that has already been published.
Requests for cancellation of a service must be made before activation.
Once the service is live on the platform, cancellation is not possible.
Membership plan cancellations will only prevent renewal; no refunds will be given for the unused period.
